World Forum 2002 was a fantastic experience for the 500 delegates who traveled across the globe to Auckland, New Zealand, for this event.
Everyone attending shared in the responsibility to make this fourth World Forum a success, by leading and participating in workshop and plenary sessions, by showcasing their work and programs both formally and informally, by contributing through exchanges of culture and life experiences, by gathering groups for discussion and social events, and by establishing relationships with colleagues who will continue to inform their work in the months until World Forum 2003.
Preconference options included sessions on distance learning, The Creative Curriculum(r), and Maori education/Te Kohanga Reo, as well as the opportunity to tour centers in and around Auckland.
