Who's the Target Audience?
The target audiences for this kit are beginning, intermediate, and advanced teachers working with children from toddlers to school-agers. This kit will help teachers build a foundation for the successful inclusion of all children in art experiences through participation in an art experience and reflection about the creative process.

Kit Timeline:
Preparation time for this kit is 1.5 hours. Implementation time is estimated at 2.0 - 2.5 hours.
Training Outcomes:
- Teachers will create with a simple art material; reflect on their thinking, doing, and making process and have increased awareness of creative thinking and learning with art materials.
- Teachers will identify the ways their art expression is the same and different from the work of their peers.
- Teachers will describe developmental changes in children’s drawing.
- Teachers will understand how to guide an art experience with children that fosters an appreciation for diversity and recognition of similarity in their art.
