Kit Timeline:
Preparation time for this kit is estimated at 1.5 hours. Implementation and actual training time is 3.0 hours, which includes 2.0 hours of Face-to-Face Training and 1.0 hour of Independent Study, including an Action Research Activity Project. An optional Bonus Activity can add up to 1.0 hour to the training time.

Training Outcomes:

By the end of this training, Learners will be able to:

• explain why body image is important to young children.
• identify the typical development of body image.
• describe ways to promote positive body image.
• name at least 5 appropriate activities for infants and toddlers that help promote positive body image.

These training outcomes address the following American Standards:
