Announcing The Exchange Leadership Institute
February 25, 2004

"Joy is but the sign that creative emotion is fulfilling its purpose." - Charles Du Bos

Announcing The Exchange Leadership Institute

Beginning in April Child Care Information Exchange will be offering professional training for early childhood managers across the nation, in a series of one day institutes.   The agenda will explore leadership methods, coaching for individual and team success and setting goals for achieving success.

These exciting, practical institutes will be led by Annette Heng, currently owner of Management Council Inc.  Annette brings with her 25 years of early childhood experience, ranging from classroom teaching to serving as Executive Vice President of a large organization.   Annette will engage you with her enthusiasm and her no-nonsense approach to managing people and making organizations thrive, as she bridges the the gap between theory and practice.

Register early-- Class size is limited!
